The chicken curry is a common dish in South Asia, Southeast Asia, as well as in the Caribbean (where the food is commonly referred to as "chicken curry"). Chicken curry in South Asia consists of chicken simmered in onions and tomato-based sauces, which are added with ginger, garlic, chili and various spices, which usually include turmeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon bark, across cardamom and others. Materials
½ chicken (chicken tastier) cut to taste
350 cc coconut milk from coconut ¼
2 medium potatoes, cut into the box

How to make Chicken Curry Special
- Saute all ingredients that have been smoothed
- Enter Galangal, Lemongrass and lime leaves until fragrant, stir
- Enter the chicken pieces, stir again
- Enter the Santan, allow it to boil
- Add salt and sugar to taste suit your taste flavor
- Finally enter the potato pieces. Leave until chicken and potatoes cooked tender.
- If it is cooked and tender, lift
- Give a sprinkling of fried onions on top of it as a complement.
- Serve.
