Materials:
½ kg eggplant purple
2 cloves of garlic
3 red onions
5 red chilies
3 pieces of cayenne pepper
paste to taste
1 tomato, thinly sliced
Salt and sugar secukunya
oil to taste
How To Make:
- Puree the onion, garlic, red pepper, cayenne pepper, shrimp paste, and tomato. Set aside.
- Peel and wash to clean the eggplant, then cut according to taste.
- Heat oil, fry the eggplant until tender, then enter the spice paste earlier. Add sugar and salt to taste, stir until smooth and fragrant.
- Remove and serve.
